Texas Christian University will be one of the host sites for Metro X, a large-scale regional emergency response exercise taking place throughout North Texas Oct. 27-28, 2025.

The exercise will simulate coordinated terrorist threats and mass casualty incidents across several jurisdictions, including TCU. Residents in the neighborhood and throughout the city may notice an increase in emergency personnel, vehicles and simulated activity in the following area(s):
