After Action Improvement Process
TCU uses an After-Action Improvement Process to continually strengthen our emergency response. After each incident, exercise or special event we:
– Identify strengths and areas that need improvement
– Assign and track corrective actions for future responses
– Document lessons learned to support the ongoing growth of the emergency management program
